First, let me tell you a little about us and our rental philosophy. My wife and I believe that if we provide unique, classy condos and townhouses in highly desirable locations for a very fair rent, we will be able to attract the best tenants. Our renters tend to stay in our condos and townhomes in Cary and Raleigh -- sometimes for 5 years or more. One of the reasons is that unlike most landlords, we don't raise the rent each year. Some have never even had the rent raised even after renting for six years. Beware especially of apartments out there that give you "teaser" rents and once your lease expires they jack up the rent.
If we find someone who appreciates and takes good care our our nice condos and townhouses in Cary and Raleigh and pays their bills on time, we want them to stay. Additionally, we keep our properties pet and smoke-free. We don't want you feel like you are living in an apartment. We want you to feel like it is a warm and lovely home.
